Beautiful music, stunning voices and wonderful highland dance lead this miraculous tale through a maze of love and loss. Set in the 18th century in the Highlands of Scotland, Brigadoon teaches a hardened modern day New Yorker that though "'Tis the hardest thing in the world to give everythin', "tis usually the only way to get everythin'."
Featured vocalist include John Day, Barbara Hartzell, Nic Petersen and Hannah Thornhill.
Featured dancers include Sammi Thornhill, Vivian Wingard, James Poole, Karen Hastings, Zac Fadler and Nathan Bowen. All are backed by an outstanding chorus of singers and dancers.

Don and Loretta Smith Retire!
After thirty one outstanding productions with 2nd Star, our esteemed Music Director, Mr. Donald K. Smith has announced that "Man of La Mancha" will be his last show with us. Mr. Don and his wife Loretta have been with us since our 2nd season! Their perfectionism and great skills have helped mold 2nd Star from very near the beginning. Their expertise will be missed both in the musical productions and in the business of running the house.
Should they get bored, the 2nd Star door is always open, but in the meantime, enjoy your extra time, Don and Loretta, knowing that you are loved and appreciated. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts!
